6 years knowledge in Server Support on Server 2000/2003, SBS Server, Server 2008, Server 2012(DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
TCP/IP Printing
Windows XP
Windows 7 , 8 ,10
Active Directory
MS Office Suite
Virtualization(VMware)
SAN (EMC,Brocade)
Good understanding of firewalls
Server hardware (HP)
SolidWindows operating system (OS) knowledge.
Solid knowledge on Windows processinghardware.
Solid Windows GUI and command line knowledge.
Understand Operator and/orProduction Support and/or Application support roles.
