Role details:
IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure ICT infrastructure capacity supports all initiatives & projects aligned to the ICT model.

You NeedRelevant Tertiary NON-NEG;
IT infrastructure management in complex Multi Projects environ;
Management of messaging projects, software upgrades, architecture changes & implementation of new components;
Mobile Device Management at server level (1000+ users);
ITIL & COBIT processes implementation & management.
To Do
Manage & Support IT infrastructure incl, voice & data networks, servers, IT network, servers, data storage, telephone system, network routing, switches & firewalls, Samsung mobile/tablets devices & fixed telephony;
Manage infrastructure & Knowledge management /BI team responsible for maintaining & developing the IT infrastructure services to ensure the firm is provided with reliable & effective services to support the business;.
Provide the tech support of the ICT infrastructure, communications & mobilizing systems, including architectural design, functionality & security.
Manage of the day to day operations of the ICT Infrastructure Team
