Role details:
The main purpose of the job is to respond to customer needs through the identification of root problems and failures on equipment, the rectification of identified problems through use of Datacard product and technical knowledge as well as the Installation and maintenance of new and existing systems within the customer base

QUALIFICATIONS:• Matric
• A+; N+ Certification
• Electro-Mechanical Trade
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• 1 - 3 years relevant machine repair experience
• Electro-Mechanical; Software environment
• Previous experience with Datacard or other card personalization product ranges
• Knowledge of Card Industry
• Technical; Mechanical Ability
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance on electro-mechanical machinery, ideally in the card industry
• Experience with Corporate banking institutes
