Our client a best employer company is seeking a SENIOR SALES MANAGER - SAP HCM

Role Description:

Responsible for growth of Sales within SAP HCM covering sales across SAP HCM On premise, SAP HCM Cloud (SuccessFactors), SAP HCM Mobility (Fiori), SAP Contingent Labour Management (FieldGlass).
Must have overview knowledge of what these solutions entail. In depth technical detail not required Sales role will require:

- Seeking growth opportunities at existing clients (both HCM and non-HCM)
- Building relationships at new clients to seek sales opportunities
- Engaging Execs to impart HCM product knowledge and key sales point (e.g. benefits, value prop, etc.)
- Driving RFP responses
- Keep abreast of product developments, and market analyses within HCM
- Understand the clients positioning on technologies.
- Understand competing products in the HCM landscape and how they compare to SAP products
