Sales Manager required in Lydenburg area.The successful candidate will head the regional sales team and is accountable for managing the district’s resources and executing the strategic efforts ensuring that products and services effectively reach the area’s consumers through the direct selling channel.
 
 
Requirements

Matric certificate
2 Years' Field Sales Related Experience/Sales Related Experience or People Management experience
Recruiting, Training, developing and motivating a team of consultants
Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
Must be self-motivated, pro-active with an entrepreneurial mind set
Good management methodology and strong ability to multi-task
Effective communication abilities
Security of intellectual property essential
Valid driver’s license and own transport

 
Key Performance Areas
 

Prospecting, recruiting, appointing and training a sufficient number of consultants per campaign to achieve orders, sales and customer service growth as per their forecast
Training and motivating consultants to ensure sales and customer service growth
Analysing district opportunities and developing action plans
Implementing the area’s strategies to achieve the sales and/or profit objectives while maximising penetration of targeted consumer segments
Implementing business plans and key objectives to achieve financial returns
Training and development of Business Leaders and consultants differentially, based upon their sales potential, to achieve maximum sales growth
Ensuring that existing resources (human and financial) are managed appropriately to optimise performance within the district
Contributing to the Company’s success by developing competitive awareness
