Skills and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent At least 5 years’ practicalexperience as a Change and Release manager. The candidate must have a strong understanding of ITILframework and processes. The candidate must have ITIL v3 Foundation certification and ITIL Release,Control and Validation certification. Solid understanding of the value of common practices andstandards in the areas of systems management, systems development life cycle, as well as ICTsecurity and controls is a prerequisite.
