An exciting opportunity awaits a Desktop Stability and Support Manager who wants to be in a smaller division but within the stability of a bigger corporate company. The position would be based in CBD Johannesburg, where they provide transport to the nearest Gautrain station and have one of the funkiest offices in CBD.

The ideal individual would provide an overall supervision of support services including incident management, service desk and field support services staff management for existing and new personal computer system infrastructure against agreed SLA’s
• 5-8 years’ experience providing technical support or equivalent combination
• Management experience
• 5 years hands on experience in the Desktop support environment (is a bonus)
• ITIL certificate
• Relevant certification
