To enhance the global team, we are hiring a Sales Representative with strong and proven sales experience in IT sales to increase our presence in the South Africa market, based out of Johannesburg. This position will be responsible for acquiring and managing their own customer base to drive the Company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.

To be considered, the better candidates will be:
• Experienced selling systems and desktop management solutions/managed services to the Public and Private Sectors and Managed Service Providers Markets. • Energetic team players with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills. • Highly professional, self-motivated leaders that demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct. • Exceptional understanding of the IT services marketplace and fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills. • Prior experience in strategic selling into both large enterprise and mid market accounts. • Solid understanding of forecasting and pipeline management. • Experience with CRM applications to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts. (Sales Force preferred)
Successful candidates must have at least 7 years for more sales experience with: • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and leverage appropriately. • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure. • Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development. • CRM experience such as Salesforce.com, or equivalent is a must • Have sound technical understanding of Microsoft and IT operations • College degree preferred.
• The overall compensation package is designed for top performing, experienced sales professionals and includes a market competitive package comprised of monthly base salary, variable compensation component (OTE of between 1,5 -1,8 million rand) benefits and stock options.
