Job Purpose:
• Plan, track, monitor and control activities of smallprojects to ensure that project goals/objectives are accomplished withinthe prescribed time frame, agreed quality and funding parameters enabledthrough Nedbank project methodologies and people management.

Key Functions / Responsibilities
Manage Small Project:
• Ensure Management of scope incl coverage of customerrequirements and create based on estimations.
• Manage budget
• Manage risk
• Manage Delivery against schedule.
• Compliance to procedures, policies guidelines.
• Facilitation of PM Forums' Sessions with mentor.

Stake Holder Involvement:
• Stakeholders identified, engaged informed.
• Effective communication (-timely resolved).
• Expectation Management.
• Reporting in Strategic Forums.

Resource Management:
• Effective resource negotiation (advice op project resourcerequirements, capacity, risk).
• Effective escalations.
• Direct & coordinate activities & monitor Deliver.

Manage, Time, Cost, Quality and Risk:
• Manage Time, cost quality and risk effectively.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Certification /Diploma in Project Management NQF 6 minimum
• Certification /Diploma in Project Management NQF 6 minimum
• GT PM Finishing school
• 2- 3 years working in a project environment including exposure tomanagement of small projects
• 1 year IT Exposure
• Proficient _PM Methodology
