Delta Software experience
• Relevant testing experience - reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on requirements such as preparing test cases for UAT.
• Testing experience at unit / integration / UAT / system levels.
• Estimation of the test effort involved for each testing task based on risk considerations.
• Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify that programs function according to functional specification and user requirements.
• Participate in development from design to completed product to drive quality into not only the software application but also the culture of the organisation.
• Plan, design and author test cases.
• Develop automated tests for test cases.
• Accurate and comprehensive defect reporting.
• Accurately document test procedures and results to allow for continuous process improvement and build up a knowledge base.
• Review log files to identify program processing errors.
• Identifies differences between established standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to standards.
• Adapts to new testing software that the company might decide to use.
• Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
• Test implementations / integrations with third party platforms.
• Monitors program performance to ensure efficiency of operation.
