The Enterprise SalesProfessional / Consultant needs to be an energetic Hunter Sales Professional who is looking for arole that places them at the forefront of cutting edge technology and innovation with an establishedsolution set.
An individual with the ability toestablish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, exude a passion forunderstanding the technical needs of the customer and articulating the value of products andsolutions in meeting those needs at an enterprise level.
A naturally confident and engaging communicator who is able to represent with impact andprofessionalism right through to the board of directors.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:

Executive level enterprise salesengagement

Prepare individual customer engagement strategies andplans

Leveraging existing contacts, marketing and network opportunities to createsales opportunities

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline within a CRM/ERPsystem

Prepare presentations, proposals, business cases, total cost of ownership,evaluations and sales contracts

Provide engaging enterprise appropriate productdemonstrations to potential clients

Be proactive in developing and maintaining therequired level of knowledge in eCommerce, Cloud Computing and the Software as a Servicelandscape

Manage and work with Channel partners whererequired

Communicate and present opportunities, special developments, information orfeedback gathered through field activity to appropriate departments andstaff

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, channel forumsand telemarketing events

Manage and monitor handovers to AccountManagement

Follow – up with clients for the collection of outstandingpayments


 
The successful candidatemust have:

5 – 7 years Hunter IT / Technology solutionselling experience

Clear understanding of cloud based email managementsolutions

Track record of exceeding sales revenue targets

Experienceopening and closing large enterprise deals following proven solution sellingmethodology

Advanced customer service, relationship building, negotiation andcontract management skills

Understand Enterprise customer’s decision –making processes and structures

Be a self – starter with a hunger to excel andthe ability to work well within a fast paced team environment

Patience but ability topersevere through extended and complex sales cycles

Be a creativedealmaker

Ability to close extended sales engagements

Be a natural andengaging communicator and networker

Be able to work independently with littlesupervision and direction

Be meticulous and detailed

Be able todemonstrate a passion for IT and Technical aptitude

Ability to think laterally,despite pressure and competing deadlines

An above and beyondattitude
