Role details:
In this role, you will be working closely with clients to gain an understanding of their business requirements. You will then be responsible for documenting, validating and translating these requirements into value added solutions.

Purpose of the role:
- Investigate and describe current business processes, identifying the organizational structure and culture undertaking and supporting the business activities.
- Establish an understanding of business aims and develops alternative processes to achieve them.
- Assess the risks, costs and potential benefits of alternative business process designs.
- Monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards in an intelligent and effective way.
- Co-operate with senior client and IS staff as required, conducting investigations at a high level for strategy studies, requirements specifications and feasibility studies.
- Plan and organize the giving of presentations or training sessions to all levels including senior management.
- Take responsibility for a mentoring role in relation to junior staff.

Qualifications and experience required:
- Matric
- B.Sc for B.Com degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Analyst
- Public Sector experience, procurement business process re-engineering

Skills required:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solid client liaison skills
