Skills and Experience
Requirements   Qualifications & Accreditations An Honours degree in Information Systems or anequivalent four-year qualification with an information systems major Relevant TechnicalCertifications  Experience & Skills Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical relatedfield of which 3 to 5 years was managing an entire IT function including Service Desk &infrastructure Linux & other related open source technologies, Openshift, AWS, Azure, O365, LANs,WANs, Microsoft Server infrastructure, Virtualisation (VMWARE & Hyper-V), SANs, Databasetechnologies such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and, VOIP telephony systems, Information Securityproducts such as firewalls, encryption technologies, system monitoring and management Provenevidence of implementing IT security tools and techniques Understanding of entire ICT value chainPractical experience of change management Experience managing complex IT projects, development ofbusiness cases, writing of project definition documents and identifying project risks Good workingknowledge of information governance and its application within IT Previous experience in a retail,financial and call centre environment Commercial and business acumen  Email:Andrea.Messina@eoh.com
