Job Description:
In the course of process design, requirements elicitation and documentation, the Business Analyst may be required to facilitate workshops and meetings. Workshops and meetings will be planned and executed in a way that ensures participation and involvement of all team members and stakeholders. The Business Analyst must ask the right questions, listen to the Stakeholder, and understand the business environment. Ability to manage change and stakeholder expectations. Manage project escalations, receiving and initiating escalations
The Business Analyst must understand the Stakeholders needs, work with Stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes, effectively gather needed information; cut through complexities to identify critical issues, identify underlying issues and root causes of problems, use appropriate frameworks or models to understand and communicate client situations or
problems and evaluate financial costs and benefits of alternative solutions The Business Analyst will support the documentation required above
throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development team.
This role combines the role of Process Analyst, Business Analyst and delivery Manager as required on each project and as reasonably requested from time to time by the Lead Business Analyst
To conduct and complete full lifecycle business and process analysis to ensure business benefits can be realised as per project objectives, scope and business case
Responsible for logging time spent working on projects using the appropriate time recording / timesheet system
Experience Required:
Fixed and or Mobile Telecoms Network business / process analysis
ISEB Foundation or Six Sigma / Process Analysis training or qualification
Experience in modelling, creating, editing, mapping, designing and structure Processes holistically and manage process within a project
Experience in creating project budgets and reporting on said budgets
Management of requirements, workshops & Stakeholders
