Role details:
IT Company in Edenvale is looking for a young dynamic candidate who is able to answer calls and issue tickets on system to technicians to allocate job cards for different clients.

R 8000 – R 10000 CTC per month

Matric is essential with 2-year professional experience.

The applicant must be able to do the following:
• Managing and Updating of Helpdesk Tickets
• Logging of Helpdesk tickets
• Assign tickets to Technicians
• Follow up with Technicians on open Tickets
• Following up and keep Clients updated as to the Technician allocation and progress of the Ticket.
• Booking in Equipment for Repairs and allocating to required Technicians and making sure it gets done and keeping the client informed always.
• Monitor Support hours purchased vs Hours utilised
• Supervise Client Internet connectivity and log calls with the providers if required to get the link back online
