The role is a 12 Month contract.
Minimum Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12
BSc Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedqualification.
Microsoft programming competencies essential (ASP.NET / C#)
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Certificate

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supporting the implementation of the CRM Dynamics Strategy.
Administration of existingMicrosoft Dynamics CRM environment.
Administration, development and testing of the CRMsolutions and websites.
Check-in code in source control (TFS) and maintain versioncontrol.
Custom development to meet business requirements using Visual Studio.
Maintenance of existing solutions and code written for CRM.
Communicate thecapabilities of the CRM platform to the business units through meetings, workshops andpresentations.
Analysis and design of solutions / implementations.
Assist introubleshooting and resolving problems in the CRM environment with assistance of CRM SpecialistDeveloper.
Perform regular health checks on the CRM environment.
Assess thecapacity requirements of current and future CRM-based solutions and ensure that capacity upgradeinitiatives are undertaken to address these requirements.
Functional and technicalspecification documentation of own area of responsibility.
Responsible for the 2nd and 3rdlevel support of the CRM environment.
Responsible for the adherence to Statement of ServiceAgreement (SOSA’s) in terms of assisting users with the application(s) functional calls.
Administration and maintenance of user securities and application configuration.
Adherence to change control and incident management procedures.
Testing of monthlyMicrosoft patches.
After hours and weekends work may be required.
SoftwareDevelopment:
Producing high quality code that meets business requirements and is easilymaintainable. 
Application Administration
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and allother web applications hosted by GIS.
Any other application that might be added to theApplication
Housekeeping on all servers for mentioned above.
Escalation ofunresolved issues to Management.
Perform regular system administration maintenance on abovementioned systems.

ASP.NET or C# certification
Stage Deployments (Development,Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Production)
Understanding of Microsoft System DevelopmentLife Cycle
Visual Studio 2012 or higher

Additional Requirements:

Good understanding of structuredprogramming and database programming.
Good understanding of the systems development lifecycle
Basic Systems and Business Analysis skills
Good working knowledge of theMicrosoft Back Office environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work underpressure and in a team environment
Attention to detail i.e. accuracy essential for systemadministration and development work
Share knowledge within the team
Goodunderstanding of the systems development lifecycle process

Salary: R40 000 – R54 000 CTC - per month depending on workexperience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
