SENIOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICER: PROJECT MANAGER (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND SPATIAL APPLICATIONS)

TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R791 159 PER ANNUM

REF.: CS 69/19

Requirements:

- A relevant Bachelor’s degree/BTech with Project Management training/certification
- Up to 8 years’ working experience in IT of which 5 years’ must have been as a Project Manager
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business applications with GIS components.

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage large scale complex projects within the Business Applications Division
- Develop IT processes and solutions
- Analyse and evaluate business requirements and apply professional skills to implement IT projects
- Manage each project’s budget
- Set up and coordinate regular steering committee meetings for projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams
- Respond to enquiries and requests from clients
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external clients
- Network with other ICT professionals.
