We require a Service Desk Manager in Midrand Must have previous IT Call Centre experience

Roles & responsibilities:
• To manage the Service Desk environment; ensure SLA and contractual conformity and adherence, reporting and trending, Manage staff, Shift Schedules, attend client meetings, coaching and mentorship
Contact and Service Desk experience
ITSM Knowledge
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
ITIL Service Management
Financial certificate and exposure to budgets and cost management
Advanced Excel skills
Reporting and stats analysis capability
Experience with Management of staff
Client engagement and contract management experience
1 month contract initially
