DescriptionThe OEM Reseller Partner Account Managers (RPAMs) are responsible for the execution of Microsofts Subsidiary and worldwide strategy as it relates to the sale of Windows devices, Microsoft OEM software and Office FPP sourced from Distributors, through Resellers to the End Customer.
The NAP Reseller PAM provides value by:
Identifying and executing on sales opportunities to drive sales through the partner to end customers
Increasein Windows share of devices by driving assortment of featured devices with resellers
Creating and executing business plans and Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) with partners
Being the key single point of contact for communicating Microsoft strategies and issue escalation
Representing Microsoft at partner engagements and driving executive level meetings
Strategically aligning OEM Resellers activities to Microsoft business direction
Being knowledgeable across a variety of sales approaches, building relationships at the top levels and throughout
Identifying trends (opportunities/threats) within the distribution/reseller channel, where applicable
Comprehending a variety of business and product-related issues and coordinating cross-functional teams to solve issues and drive business results
The mix of partners managed might include new Age Partners that have been identified that could drive Devices, Windows and Office. The number and type of account will vary depending on the needs of each Area.

Requirements
The Reseller PAM role requires an individual who can manage between 20 - 30 accounts; depending on the size of the partners in their account profile; and to address the unique selling opportunities for each managed account
5 - 8 years experience in a similar role
