Responsibilities-Contribute to crafting of departmental annual business plan -Provide input into the formalisation for the divisional budget -Apply cost effectiveness principles in planning and delivery -Attend on-going status meetings with managers in order to review and track progress against agreed deliverables-Provide specialist input on products, systems and regulations -Identify opportunities to improve on existing procedures and processes -Build strategic company / Industry/ Global network of thought leaders and relationships utilising social media , conferences and training interventions-Gauge client satisfaction -Manage own delivery against agreed delivery plan and set timelines, identify obstacles to delivery and take appropriate action where required-Review documentation and announcements submitted by issuers against the company s listing requirements -Analyse products and highlight the key features of each company product in order ensure proper classification and regulation under the correct company listing requirements -Ensure accurate and timeous dissemination of comments through internal communication as well as continuous consideration and focus on the submission dates, deadlines and accuracy-Attend technical meetings -Attend ongoing training session in order to obtain and build on expert product knowledge, which will assist in mitigating market risks
