One of South Africa’s premier software development companies is looking for an Administrator to join their dynamic Talent team. Our client is a respected software house and is regarded as an attractive and stable employer. Their staff compliment is close to 800 and they are constantly growing. This equates to a busy Talent team and sees them needing to employ an additional resource to provide full admin support to their talent acquisition specialists. They are looking for an Administrator with advanced Excel skills who will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing, maintaining and updating candidate applications using the Applicant Tracking System coupled with Excel. This will involve maintaining and updating various Excel spreadsheets. You will also take full ownership of updates on the internal Tracker systems with relevant information together with the billing department to ensure accurate employee and client contract terms, extensions and terminations. It will fall to you to research talent acquisition trends and communicate with the marketing team around recruitment marketing requirements. You will assist with scheduling interviews for hiring managers ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for vendor management which includes vendor agreements, ensuring SLA’s are adhered to, sharing new roles with external recruiters and facilitating the payment of vendor invoices. The successful candidate will need to be willing to get their hands dirty with whatever needs to be done. This role calls for attention to detail and very strong administration skills. This position would suit someone with a data-driven mindset who is an analytical thinker, can handle pressure, has excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise. To apply you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment environment. You should be computer literate with excellent Excel skills, intermediate to advanced MS Word, Outlook, and MS PowerPoint, and experience working with ATS systems. The role requires an excellent command of English (verbal and written) and strong relationship skills. General knowledge of the Software Development industry will be an advantage.
