The Marketing team forms a crucial pillar on which thedigital transformation strategy pivots. We believe that marketing is quickly becoming a primaryroute to market for any company participating in the digital economy. The Digital Marketing Leadrole is responsible for crafting the digital marketing strategy for the organization in the contextof the company digital and marketing ambitions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for allthings marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digitalmarketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will betech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. The promotion ofproducts and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential whichbecomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
As a digital marketer, your primaryresponsibilities will be to engage with our product units and our vendor managers to understandtheir digital marketing needs If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. Weare looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to develop, implement, track and optimize our digitalmarketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketingtools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept toexecution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such asdevelopers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
What success looks like to us?

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with ourcustomers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Facebooketc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increasecompany and brand awareness
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM,marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Prepare onlinenewsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate withdesigners to improve user experience
Measure and report performance of digital marketingefforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquireinsight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnershipswith media agencies and vendors
Maintaining our social media presence across all digitalchannels
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Identify trends and insights, andoptimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaboratewith internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize stronganalytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customertouch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaboratewith agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughtleadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

What we are looking for?
 
Education and Experience
  Provenexperience as a senior digital marketer or similar role
Excellent understanding of digitalmarketing concepts and best practices
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
BS/MSdegree in marketing or a related field
Highly creative with experience in identifying targetaudiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizinglanding pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
 
  Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns
 
 
 
Up-to-date with thelatest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
Technical
Competencies
  Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Workingknowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Skills and experience in creativecontent writing
 
  Demonstrable experience leadingand managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertisingcampaigns
 
  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, andJavaScript development and constraints
