Job Description
Responsible for providing specialist, high-level technical advice and support for the installing, testing, tuning, optimizing, diagnosing problems, repairing, upgrading and maintaining SCCM software such as operation systems, and relevant back-office system management services products and other related products and or equipment, advise on system improvements and assess and update current design to align with client roadmaps and future developments. Directs technical analysis of complex system software, hardware and related products. Maintains liaison with vendors and repair personnel to obtain required service. Responsible for high-level problem resolution, system assessments and system integrity. Implementation operate and monitor. Lead/coach and direct team of system and senior systems engineers.

Job Requirements -
EDUCATION
• Grade 12, NQF Level 4
• SCCM Certification
• MCSE 2016
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in SCCM
• Certification MCSE Mobility

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 9 - 12 years’ experience in an IT environment
• Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager 2012/2016 Server.
• Basic Packaging experience
• Advanced AD experience
• Advanced SQL Reporting
• Advanced Scripting experience
• Basic Imaging experience
• Expert SCCM experience
• Advanced OS experience
• Basic Networking knowledge
• Experience in Wintel
• Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft SQL 200520082012 and SQL Reporting Services.
• OS Support Experience - Windows 2003,2008 and 2012
• Scripting with VB and Power shell
• Conflict Management Skills
