Theclient requires the services of one (1) Technical Leader to assume a leading role in providingtechnical guidance to a team of mobile developers.Develop and oversee development of new system functionality inaccordance with business specifications captured on the detailed design document.
Compilethe project(s) technical and architecture designs.
Ensure that the developers complete alldevelopment in line with the coding standards and technical specifications.
Review allcompleted development work and carry out code reviews.
Compile and review technical designdocuments based on the specifications captured on the detailed design document.
Compile andreview database design documents.
Investigate and fix bugs identified during unit andsystem testing.
Participate in the migration of system changes from one environment to thenext.
Plan and execute performance testing of the system.
Liaise with projectmanagers and/or project leaders ensure that all new designs and enhancements of systems comply withtechnology policies, procedures and standards adopted at the Commission.
Where new systemdesigns and enhancements are required, the technical lead will be responsible for leading the usertechnical designs and specifications.
Compile test plans that reflect different testscenarios and expected results; Conduct component, module and system testing to ensure that thedeveloped functionality is in line with the requirements captured in the detailed design.
