Day-to-day operational support of Cloud systems
Managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
Monitor andmanage application performance of Cloud systems.
Do day to day maintenance on servers toensure optimal efficiency.
Apply and maintain DNS, WINS and other domain functions
Stay technical qualified to support the environment.
Maintain LAN, WAN and Internetsecurity.
Day-to-day customer support for Cloud customers
Support customer Cloudmigrations
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to ourcustomers' individual needs
Daily Exchange cluster maintenance
Daily Lyncmaintenance
Daily SharePoint maintenance
Analysing, troubleshooting, and providingsolutions for technical issues
Setup and configure IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR,Routing Protocols, SSH, Network Monitoring / Troubleshooting tools
Programming / scripting(Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
3+ years’ experience in building distributedsystems on any one of the cloud platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, OpenStack, CloudStack, AWS orAzure
Experience with storage platforms including NetApp, IBM, HP
ApacheCloudStack experience
Citrix Cloud Portal Business Manager experience
Citrix CloudPortal Service Manager experience
Exchange 2013 experience
Lync 2013experience
SQL experience
AD experience
Mimecast experience
At least four years ofrelevant experience
MicrosoftOS, System Center, Exchange qualified (MCSE)
Relevant Cloud certifications
