Role details:
The purpose of this role is to provide 2nd line operational support and maintenance services to all customers according to the relevant service area. The System Engineer will also be implementing and maintaining Standards. The high level responsibilities include the following:

• Execute tasks that are not well defined, requiring a deeper level of knowledge (Request fulfilment, access management)
• Diagnoses, Investigates, Resolves and Escalate requests
• Monitor, investigate and resolve events
• Executes Daily, Weekly, Monthly tasks
