• Ensure sound strategic management of facilities ensues including:

• Strategic management and oversight of defects and the facilities functions.

• Strategic management and oversight in terms of communication distribution within the business.
• Execute sound financial analysis in terms of CAPEX purchases.
• Accurate decision making in terms of PABX.
• Oversight and sound management of residential property leasing.
• Ensure sound decision making in terms of leasing requirements.
• Management and oversight in terms of accurate reference checking ensues for tenants prior to placements.
• Ensure sound and accurate safety compliance in terms of facilities and regulatory compliance.
• Effective and sound management inspections and compliance to ISO 9001, 188001 and 14001 standards.
• Ensure that the business processes are up to date in line with the correct standards.
• Attend all BMS and SHE executive meetings and report on the status of the SHEQ systems in the area of your control.
• Ensure that your administration document is current, and all concludes your SHEQ objectives. Ensure that all legal appointments are valid and in place for your area of control.
• As a Section 8 and 9 appointee, you are to ensure that the duties of the employer as contemplated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 are properly discharged and all legal appointments are valid and in place for your are of control.
• Measure and report on Rework vs. Revenue for your department on a monthly basis and ensure you reduce rework to less than 0.5% of your turnover.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS certification.
• Maintain an audit score of less than 2 and/or receive no major audit findings.
Minimum Experience Required
• 5 years minimum experience required.
