A large roadfreight and distribution company is urgently looking for a Courier Sales Manager with a strong international operations background.This is a long standing well established company that is focusing on developing their international division. You will be required to manage a sales team and get involved with setting up/implementing operations procedures to run efficiently and effectively. If you have a passion for the courier industry and see yourself moving into senior management, this opportunity will offer you that sooner.

Qualification:
Matric/Grade 12 is a pre-requisite for this position.
Degree: BCom. or equivalent qualifications would be beneficial.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience within the courier industry within a sales and operations capacity. (Including at least 5 years Management experience)

- Communication (spoken/written) negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation and training skills
- People management skills
Excellent international courier product knowledge
