Responsibilities
- Assistingusers via telephone, email and personal visits on a variety of functions
- Develop training materials, help files andFAQ’s on ICT systems inclusive of student system, financial systems
- Do training with users pertaining to allcompany’s ICT systems
- Pro-actively monitor PCbehaviour and report potential errors
-Administration
- Reporting of activities andbuilding a database of solutions for future use.
 
 
 
Qualifications:
- Qualification or equivalent degree or diplomapreferably in Multimedia or Computer based education / Information Science qualification with exposure tothe Teaching and Learning environment. 
 
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, OS Windows XP & 7and MS Applications. 
-Knowledge of support for latest Browsers used
- Knowledge or experience in Graphic design packages
