We are currently sourcing a Change Facilitator to work on a contract based in Cape Town.

• The applicant must be able to deliver Change Management deliverables and documentation to the highest standards.
• The applicant must have proven experience in Business Transformational Projects.
• Experience of 3-5 years or more within a change management role in a ERP implementation or support environment a definite requirement.
• Examples of the following documents completed by the applicant must be submitted with the application:
• Change Management Strategy and Plan
• Communication and Engagement Strategy and Plan
• Appropriate and recognized formal Change training/experience.
• Three to five years of previous change management experience a definite requirement.
• General HR skills a definite advantage.
• Previous change management experience on SAP or other ERP related projects a definite advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs are definite requirements.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change effort a requirement
