RoleDescriptionThe Main purpose of the job would be to coordinate and schedule resources (subcontractors and staff)with regards to leadership and guidance on normal day to day tasks. Constant communication tocustomers and peers on progress and keeping to commitment dates. Staff management to ensure staff istrained and understand contractual obligations. Delegation of duties and ensuring the team functionsexceptionally well by assisting each other achieving goals and objectives. Growing customer basewith constant contractual monitoring on revenue and costs. Meeting regional targets with regards tocontract revenue as well as chargeable maintenance 1.1 Level of Authority The RegionalService Delivery Manager reports to the National Service Delivery Manager with regards to the dailyoperations of all service and support as well as small projects on existing customers The EOHSecurity and Building Technologies National Call Centre Agents (trackers) will be assigning Calls toService Technicians and all project related work will be communicated or assigned as per projectschedule to be administered by the Regional Manager.
Skills and Experience
Requirements 1.1 Skills Requirements Structured and methodical with fault finding andplanning Networking Skills (N+ will be beneficial) General Market Knowledge – Understandinghigh demand of Customer Service Communication – Ability to communicate efficiently tocustomers as well as co-workers on fault statuses. Self-Starter and Motivated – Driven by theneed to succeed PC skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Projects andInternet Technical Skills – General Knowledge of all supported products Staff Management VeryStrong Project Management skills Intimate knowledge of the projects processes Capable of handlingstress Should be able to manage processes which transform a set of inputs into outputs of satisfiedcustomers. Communication and Negotiation skills – Ability to formulate, structure, present andnegotiate a solution with a potential customer Business Acumen – General understanding ofbusiness drivers and able to recognise opportunities Project Management Fundamentals 1.2 Training and Education Requirements 12 or equivalent College diploma MCSE and or N+/A+ or N.DIPElectronic/Electrical Engineering (LC) ITIL Foundation Project Management Fundamentals 1.3 Experience Required 3-5 years customer service experience and project managementexperience. A Stable work career track Has a strong leadership ability and excellent negotiation,presentation and communication skills Networking experience Experience in servicing/installing HW /SW supplied by EOH SBT.
