Minimum Required Skills:
Matric with Mathematics.
Project management qualification
Minimum of 6 year project management experience.
Minimum 2 years LISP industry experience.
Strong business acumen.
Strong knowledge of the financial services business and processes.
Strong change management experience.
Strong risk management skills.
Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices, incorporating legislative changes and keep abreast with industry standards

Responsibilities:
To oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short or long term project and specified deliverables.
Be able to foresee or predict all dangers and problems as possible.
Plan, organise and control activities.
Technical expertise for project and team during design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
Monitoring and process improvement on the project.
