Role details:
Essential:
• Relevant Experience in Above mentioned TIBCO products
• Minimum 3 years overall systems development experience
• Strong knowledge of Workflow and Integration (technologies and patterns) including workflow patterns, XML, SOAP, JMS and Web Services
• BSc (IT/Computer Science) or any other relevant Computer Science/Information Technology Degree
Preferable:
• Knowledge of multiple languages (especially Java) and/or technologies
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to work with data structures
• SOA experience or some SOA pattern working knowledge
• Experience in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Formal training and/or relevant certification in these Tibco technologies

Key PurposeWe are looking for a skilled TIBCO Process developer that meets the following criteria:
• Intermediate or Advanced skills in Tibco AMX BPM with relevant experience
• Intermediate skills in Tibco Business Works with relevant experience
• Introductory skills in Tibco Business Studio with relevant experience
Key Outputs
• Develop and Implement workflow solutions using TIBCO BPM
• Develop and implement services and process automation using TIBCO Business Works
• Assist with the development of a service-based architecture using defined patterns and frameworks
• Integrate new systems with existing ones using web services, messaging and process orchestration
Competencies
• Ability to take a process defined in Business Studio and implement it in BPM
• Understanding and experience of the BPM engine API
• Knowledge and ability to execute BPM and workflow best practises
• Ability to develop user interfaces (forms) in BPM
• Ability to deal with complexity and migrate between detail and high level requirements.
