The Department of Information Science and Centre for Knowledge Dynamics & Decision-Making is seeking to increase its teaching and research capacity in Information and Knowledge Management (IKM). Duties:

• Teaching, supervision, research, and community interaction in the areas of the Department’s foci (refer to the URL’s above).

Requirements:

• A relevant Doctorate degree;
• a strong research track record in relevant field(s);
• extensive experience in teaching and postgraduate supervision;
• proven experience in projects/programmes involving academia industry interaction.

Recommendations:

• An NRF rating;
• leadership experience in academic contexts.
