Job & Company Description:

My entrenched client in the Banking industry is looking for a 1st Line Support Technician who is adaptable, adheres to strict policies and procedures and is able to perform effectively under pressure. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties amongst others: Day to day running of the desk, 3rd party calls, incident management as well as incident resolution.


Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric

At least 2 years’ experience as a 1st Line Analyst Technician

Windows XP/7/8 certification (advantage)

MCDST (advantage)

ITIL V3 and Incident Management certified (advantage)
