The prospective candidate needs to have a solid understanding of IT Terminology and be familiar with recruiting generalist candidates. Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Basic + Earn Commission on sliding scale from 10 % - 20% on billings

Qualifications required:
• Matric
• Tertiary education will be beneficial.

Skills & experience required:
• 2-5 years’ recruitment experience.
• Understanding of IT Terminology will be crucial (Microsoft Technologies).
• Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication skills (verbally and written).
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).

Job Functions:
• Maintaining relationships with existing clientele and new Business Development.
• Qualifying of job specs and matching with candidate skills.
• Writing ads for job specs.
• Sourcing of candidates (Applicants & Headhunting).
• Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates.
• Conducting MIE checks when required (Crim, Credit, Qualification, Reference).
• Administer the entire recruitment life cycle from beginning to end.
