Overview of the Project:
Project championship
Accountability for the delivery of planned benefits associated with the project.
Ensures resolution of issues escalated bythe different Shared Services functions.
Communicates the programme’s goals to Shared Services functions.
Liaise between Group IT and Shared Services regardingWork In Progress
Ensuresavailability of essential project resources.
Approves the budget and decides tolerances
Process mapping experience
In-depth knowledge in one or more of the followingprocesses: HR, Finance, Fleet Management, Revenue Management, Master Data Management.
