An Afrikaans speaking individual with Digital experience is urgently required to join our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for achieving client satisfaction, growth and retention. You will be the main point of contact for day to day operational issues from our clients, collaborate with the call center department to ensure client satisfaction, collaborate with developers to scope new projects and implement change requests. You will master technical solutions, tools and processes necessary to operate the website.
