Role details:
Responsible for managing and implementing CRM implementation for global clients. Manage and oversee team of 20+ employees to implement Microsoft Dynamic CRM and Salesforce. Manages client interactions and act as a bridge between Client and the team for the smooth execution of the project.

Involved in doing POCs with new technologies around CRM and educate customer its usage in their respective field to drive value out of CRM.
Design and implement ''Social Media App'' for Dynamics CRM using Facebook and Twitter API with Windows Azure
Support and maintenance of Microsoft CRM technologies. Investigate, diagnose, and resolving CRM related issues
Documenting requirements and specifications for system implementation, enhancements, developing consensus for those enhancements.
Design, write, and run automated unit and integration tests
Liaison with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigating, resolving and escalating problems and incidents
Worked in a multi-vendor team facilitating smooth transition of process flow and final roll outs
Create and maintaining end user documentation relating the use and design of CRM. Design, develop and document changes to MSCRM.
Create entities and their attributes and generating user interface (iframes, relationships, etc.)
Event customization with JavaScript, Web Services and XML
Create workflows (basic non-code workflows, more sophisticated workflows requiring code and Windows Workflow Foundation) and plug-ins using Visual Studi2015 and Visual C#
Develop plug-ins, creating workflows and configuring integration with other systems
Establish new software development and testing standards for the CRM system
Manage service requests in a complex classified manner driven by entity-base configurations and workflows.
Converting projects from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 and CRM 2015.
Minimum Requirements:
Should have at least 5 years of experience in CRM Dynamics (2011/2013/2015) service and solution delivery engagements.
3 + years of experience with JavaScript, Web Services and XML
Experience leading a team of 10+ people in an on-shore/off-shore model
Experience in other CRM products such as Salesforce.
Strong written and verbal skills
Excellent client management and business literacy skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Detail and process oriented
Microsoft Certified Professional in Dynamics CRM
Experience with Azure
Experience with CRM in Cloud
