Job Title: Contract Specialist(Contract Position) Location: Bedfordview Salary: Market related Job Description: Contract Drafting: Contract Management as it relates to drafting IT contracts, reviewing the contracts drafted by theIT team, attending to contract negotiations with the service providers and attending to finalexecution of the contracts; The type of agreements shall include but not limited to: softwareagreements, Services Agreements, Support and Maintenance Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements,Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements aswell as review of service provider proposed terms and conditions;  Service Management - servingas the point of contact for IT department on contractual matters, and also facilitating thecontractual process between the IT department and SCM and the Legal Department, ensuring timelyreview and approval and/or reconciliation of variations; Ensure maintenance of contractual recordsand documentation;  Provide guidance and training on contract matters to IT staff in terms ofcontracting practices and procedures periodically; Contract and Performance Management: - Developand implement procedures for contract management and administration to ensure compliancewith’s policies and procedure manuals. This process will include but not limited to: Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibilityand awareness;  Provide contractual support to the IT Technical leads and/or Project (orProgramme) Managers during implementation phase; Monitor transaction compliance against setmilestones, deliverable etc.; - Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance;  Manage theIntellectual Property of the company; Implement performance management processes where required;Assist in contract close out process.

Skills and Experience
Appropriate degree in contract law, IACCM qualification / studying towards IACCM will be an addedadvantage; 3 years’ experience in supplier relationship management, contract management andadministration – Specifically procurement contacts; •Knowledge of Project Management willbe an added advantage; Proven knowledge of IT related contracts; Knowledge of Procurement Principlesand Practices; Knowledge of treasury regulations; Knowledge of Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) andCommercial processes and systems; Knowledge of KING III, PFMA, PPPFA and PAIA; Knowledge of SupplyChain Management compliance requirements.   For further information please contact Alice onalice.dube@eoh.com or (010) 045 1378
