Role details:
The Senior Quality Assurance analyst is responsible to test the developed systems against the User Requirement Specification document and company standards to ensure high quality systems are produced.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to QA documents e.g. Procedures.
• Provide testing status on each environment and progress updates.
• Research new testing methods, tools and techniques.
• Create concise Functional Test Plans based on the User Requirements Specification document and the Standards documents (Internal & External).
• Test the system using the Functional Test plan.
• Log (Defect Logging System), document (Functional Test Plan) and manage defects identified during testing.
• Compile and sign-off Quality Assurance Certificates.
• Involvement in the entire SDLC.
• Foster ongoing collaboration and mentorship with the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• IT tertiary qualification with a major in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Experience with workflow applications. TIBCO Active Matrix BPM would be advantageous.

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing with knowledge of Agile, SDLC, STLC.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling all the end to end QA activities: requirements analysis, test planning, test case development, execution and defect tracking.
• Minimum 3 years experience in software testing which includes functional testing (black box testing), stress testing, UAT, GUI, compatibility testing of web application, desktop applications testing, and database testing.
• Experience with workflow applications. TIBCO Active Matrix BPM and Automation testing would be advantageous.
