JUNIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR – FINANCEThe Junior Accounts Payable Administrator willreport to the Head of Creditors, the successful candidate
will be based in Midrand and will be responsible for thefollowing:
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly accounts payable reconciliations;
Obtaining monthly vendorstatements;
Preparation of payments, sorting out all queries on accounts
Scrutinizing pods, ensuring VATrequirements are met;
Capturing of sundry invoices;
Follow up on outstandingcredits;
Ensuring all sundry entries are captured before month end and queries sorted out with Bookkeepers.
Assisting with filing and tracking of payments out forsignatures.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate is essential and a tertiary qualification will bean advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Pro-active self-starter
Strong excelskills
Bewilling to go the extra mile
Excellent Communication skills
Be able to work in a pressurizedenvironment
