To lead a team of TestAutomation Analysis to execute the Liberty Test Automation Strategy for Regression Testing, BusinessProcess Automation and new Projects ( using Waterfall and / or Agile delivery methods ) using aHybrid of Data Driven and keyword Driven Framework.Responsible for applying automation tool (HP QTP)to support the testing of applications across all phases of the Software DevelKey Accountabilities

Apply design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks,based on existing testing methodology and focus specifically on maximizing reuse for regressionpurposes.
Support the test team by recommending business processes to automate, responsiblefor managing staff both onsite and offshore.

Qualifications

Degree in Software Testing or equivalent NQF Level 6 or higher qualification
ISTQBFoundation
ISTQB Advanced is an added advantage
At least 2 years’ experiencein Test Automation Strategy and planning creation and implementation
Basic knowledge inkeyword or data driven framework
At least 3 year experience in hands – on scriptingautomation experience using HP Quick Test Pro (QTP)
At least 1 year experience in acting asAutomation Lead including guiding team members in test case / script preparing and execution
Testing design techniques with the ability to apply any customized or industry standardmodels

In depth understanding of the end– to – end Systems development Lifecycles
