Senior SAP ECM Consulting position

Senior SAP Consultant with to be involved in SAP ECM Projects and client support. This includes client and contractor management, management of business requirement gathering and design processes, configuration and management of the SAP systems configuration, integration to other systems and involvement in the overall project implementation and post implementation support services.

The profile required is a knowledgeable and autonomous worker that can manage client as well as team activities. Individuals seeking a career path in the ECM environment with solid corporate business background as well as technology knowledge. This role will involve overseeing of implementation of technologies and methodologies for successful system implementation and support. The aptitude is therefore of utmost importance with a passion for people interaction and an understanding of the IT industry.

Academic / professional qualification preferred with some ECM or SAP experience (ECM application areas preferred).

The person will be expected to:

Partake in client interaction and client management typically necessary for an SAP ECM implementation
Oversee work conducted by other team members and client resources
Interaction and project status feedback into bigger programme
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Assist in the technical preparation of ECM Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals
Understand the appropriate use and value of project implementation Methodologies and tools/templates on projects
Interact with the team as necessary during the project & perform any administrative tasks that are involved in a project
Provide support in project or administration documentation generation
Be involved in the SAP ECM solution system testing, as required
Be involved with post implementation error and issue analysis and corrections logged through the client support service desk

Project management knowledge, training or certification
SAP certification (any module)
Any other ECM system certification
SAP DMS, RMS, ArchiveLink, Engineering Change management, Easy DMS, Trex, Content servers, Imaging and Archiving
Open Text experience (EFM, ADA, VIM, Extended ECM, Content Server, Archive server etc.)
AIIM certification
A drivers licence and own transport is a must!
