Role details:
• A multi-skilled resource who will be able to resolve queries which are escalated from the VodaPay 1st line support including onboarding queries as it pertains VodaPay App merchants
• Ability to perform FICA/AML checks on the e & m-Commerce merchants.
• Ability to support the merchants on IT and/or operational queries and ensure that the queries are resolved in time
• Draft and Review support documents for e & m commerce, also maintain the document with relevant changes to the operational processes
• Act as a liaison between merchants and IT/or VPS stakeholders during onboarding and post onboarding
• Report on all issues experience to ensure continuous enhancement of operational procedures

EXPERIENCE:Matric
At least 2 to 5 years prior experience within eCommerce
Experience in merchant/customer relationship management
