Job & Company Description:

Looking for a strong 1st Line Analyst Technician who will be able to execute day to day tasks concerning the service desk processes. This is a role that is mainly involved with the performance of incident management processes. This is including the entire incident life cycle. Progress updates will need to be provided to customers on a daily basis and to record not only internal but also external processes


Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum 2 years experience as a 1st Line Analyst Technician

Windows XP/7/8 Certification

MCDST

ITIL Foundations V3 & Incident Management Certified

Incident recording

Incident Resolution

Running of Service Desk Daily
