Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and maintenance role across the product set in use in the EIAS IAMI team.
Specific areas of focus for the incumbent of this position would be:

Technical support on all the product in the environment, with focus on ISIM, ISFIM and ISAM.
Implementation of process or technical improvements to optimize capacity and eliminate time wasters
Technical testing of integration after any implemented changes
Gaining in-depth knowledge of Webseal capability, as well as first-line support related to this component.
Middleware integration support for cross-functional teams
Active participation in and guidance to project and business related to role design and optimization

Accountability:

Support of the Identity and Access Management Integration Environment
Maintenance of the Identity and Access Management Integration Environment

Plan & Organize:

Select in consultation with management as required, appropriate design standards, methods and tools and ensure they are applied effectively.
Full technical responsibility for all aspects of all systems specifications and design meeting the needs of the Functional
Design.
Use of design methodologies that are in line with the standards and procedures of the organisation.
Methodology for feasible estimations for application development.

Deliver & Support:

Construct, interpret and execute system and program test plans to verify correct operation of completed systems.
Document all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
Produce logical system designs showing for example: processes, objects, data flows, inputs, stored data and outputs, and identify common processes.
Provide quality assurance for specifications.
Translate logical designs into physical designs taking account of target environments, performance requirements, existing systems and any potential safety-related aspects.
Update or provide input to cost benefit analysis, risk analysis and development plans for design decisions.
Produce outline system specifications and detailed program specifications.
Specify user/ system interfaces, including for example: menus, screen dialogues, inputs, reports, validation and error correction procedures, processing rules, access, security and audit controls, recovery routines and contingency procedures.
Test designs before and after application development.
Liaise with developers and business analysts to ensure that specifications are understood and the project is on track.
Take a leading technical role in systems development projects, both within systems design and in interfaces with other stages of development.
Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major design options.
Work with project management, where appropriate and review and revise cost benefit analyses, risk analyses and development plans to take account of design decisions.
Consult in area/areas of expertise in large integration projects

IBM Security Access Manager

Job Related Experience:

3 – 5 Years technical experience in:
IBM Security Access Manager (preferably ISAM, alternatively TAM )
Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM or ISIM)
Tivoli Directory Integrator
Tivoli Directory Server
Web Services Based on SOA Environment
WebSphere Application Server
Java
DB2
AIX
