The Business Broker will be involved with all the facets of the business sales transaction from inception to closing the sales of your clients company.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and securing new “business for sale” listings through networking, direct marketing and calling on business owners,
• Business evaluation and preparation of a marketing package for your listings
• Qualifying, developing and coaching new business buyers.
• Transaction Management, working with seller, buyers, Accountants, Attorney, landlords and all related parties for smooth and successful completion of the transaction.
• Business Acumen - Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
• Influencing and Negotiation - Gaining others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions; achieving desired business results through effective negotiation.
• Analytical Thinking/Decision Making - Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems.
• Manage Project Execution - Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources.
• Relationship Building - Initiates, develops, maintains, and strengthens partnerships with others inside or outside the organization.

• Technical Competencies:

• Sales Tasks and Activities - Knowledge of processes, tools, techniques and theory behind selling the organization's products or services.
• Solutions Development - Knowledge of and ability to work with customers to assess needs and generate appropriate solutions to problems or identified needs.
• Book Management - Knowledge of practices, tools and techniques to attract, retain and service target customers, maximizing company profit objectives.
• Risk Analysis and Selection - Knowledge of practices, tools and techniques for assessing potential exposures and determining whether and with what conditions to offer coverage.
• Producer Management - Knowledge of practices, tools and techniques for maintaining effective relations with agents and brokers.
