Top-end technology business seeks a C# developer responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Primary responsibilities are to design and develop applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge the various surrounding technologies
- Proficient in understanding and building of Web Services
- Familiarity with the .NET framework 3.5 – 4.5
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
- Understanding of Agile and waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of Windows server 2008/2012 and IIS administration
- Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as AngularJS
- Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
- Understanding of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- Knack for writing clean, readable C# code
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Team Foundation Server, Git, SVN, and Mercurial
- Proficient use of development tools such as SoapUI
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant degree preferable but not required
