Qualification:Matric Certificate
Skills & Experience:
Proficient in MS Office & Windows XP/Windows7
At least 1˝ years’ experience in the Customer Service industry
Basic trouble shooting skills in the Networking/Technical environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients across the globe
Enthusiastic and service-oriented
“Can do” attitude
Strong team player
Good understanding of ITIL beneficial
MCSE advantageous
Job Description:
As part of the Service Desk team, you will provide end-users with the ability to log tickets and requests, acting as a single point of contact for all Applications, Infrastructure and specific 3rd Party related problems. You will be responsible for progressing each ticket logged onto the Ticket Management System by providing regular updates and ‘realtime’ escalation to resolve issues.
